With over 35 years of experience in private practice, Dr. Parkin is dedicated to delivering comprehensive eye care to patients throughout Brooklyn, New York. A graduate of Syracuse University, he is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Children's Vision Coalition.

In partnership with The Dominican Dream Project, Dr. Parkin's practice has supported an annual initiative providing complimentary eye exams and prescription eyeglasses to approximately 600 students in underserved communities. The program has been fully funded and managed by his offices, reflecting a longstanding commitment to making essential vision care more accessible.

Caring for Our Brooklyn Community

Closer to home, Dr. Parkin has also supported students at Cristo Rey High School in Brooklyn, New York.

During a community outreach visit in March 2015, Dr. Parkin and his team provided complimentary eye exams to approximately 20 students, who also received prescription eyeglasses at no cost.

Recognizing the important connection between clear vision and academic success, Dr. Parkin remains passionate about helping children access the care they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
